VTG 1970’s Yellow Smiling face Ball Candle. EXCELLENT UNUSED CONDITION. Still, in original wrapped cellophane tied with yellow bow at top.  The black eyes and smile are bright.  It looks cute with the yellow bow on top and will puts a smile on your face.
