This is a charming vintage Rawcliffe Pewter Dinosaur Miniature figurine statue from P. Davis Design.  Purchased in 1986, it has been packed away after closing my former store. 
 
Measurements:  ABT 1 1/2 inch tall and 1 1/4 inches wide.   It would make a great gift for the holidays or a pewter miniature collector!
